Angel Wes Salinas, 4-month-old son of Adrian and Kristen Salinas of Andrews, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in San Antonio.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at 1:00 PM Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 201 NE Avenue K, in Andrews with Rev. Joseph Ogbonna, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Andrews North Babyland Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at 7:00 PM Tuesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel in Andrews. Angel was born on October 30, 2018 in Andrews and was very happy and loved by many. He was a wiggle worm and very talkative with his little tongue. He loved snacking on Cheetos, pretzels, and biting on his little hand. His big eyes will always be a wonderful memory for his family and all that were impacted by his life.
Angel is survived by his parents, Kristen and Adrian Salinas of Andrews; 7 siblings, Aliyah Sanchez, Adrian Salinas, Audree Salinas, Adalynn Salinas, Nicholas Sanchez, Jr., Noah Sanchez, and Addison Sanchez, all of Andrews; grandparents, Josefina Rodriguez and Rene Acosta of Andrews, Norma Ortiz of Stanton, Michael Marquez and Wes Schires of Andrews, and Manuel and Ann Monica Barboza of Andrews; great grandparents, Mary and Jose Ortiz, Sr. of Stanton and Cleto and Mary Marquez of Stanton; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Argelio “Tatu” Salinas.
